CARE FEST
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped create such a meaningful event! Presented in conjunction with the Clay as Care exhibition, this afternoon of self-care offers meditation, yoga, sound bath experiences, wheel throwing demonstrations, hand building with clay, chair massages, a silent disco, and more—all designed to nourish your mind, body, and creative spirit.
Care Fest grew out of conversations with Clay as Care artists, Ehren Tool and Jennifer Ling Datchuk, about self-care practices and how to integrate them into community projects. With guidance from The Clay Studio's Exhibitions Council, we've crafted an event that honors the healing power of creativity and the strength we find in caring for ourselves and one another.
