AW, high school children, composer (my piece is based on her “My Mother in Love” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3kSu1fwFOWk starts at 49:30 ) My piece is a scroll of thin clay with both musical notes and the writing from her actual composition notes, and the embroidery will wrap around the scroll. It will be mounted out from the wall slightly so the red on the back reflects a bit. See the cell phone picture below. Note, she has the most beautiful hair, which I’ve worked into the piece, too, or maybe it’s the center.
