It is a wet, cold and gloomy autumn day here in Philadelphia and there is nothing we would enjoy more than curling up with a hot cup of coffee, perhaps with a nip of bourbon poured from a Kyle Carpenter flask. There pieces are every day pots, durable, warm and  well considered. Made by a potter who understands function as well as form, this work will serve you well for years to come.

Kyle Carpenter has been a full time studio potter in Asheville, NC since 2002. He holds a B.F.A. in Ceramics from UNC-Asheville and exhibits his work in galleries and museums across the United States. He is a juried member of the Southern Highland Craft Guild and has his works in many private collections, including The Mint Museum of Art, in Charlotte, N.C
