A Virtual Coil Bowl Extravaganza

Beginning in June 2020, the Claymobile program transitioned to Zoom for all of our programming with students. Featured in our Claymobile Creations 2021 show are the work of students who participated in our virtual Claymobile programming this fall. Each student made a coil bowl utilizing a clay kit with instruction from a Teaching Artist over Zoom. In addition to coil bowls, students made pinch pot pumpkins, name plates, animal head sculptures, and masks or face sculptures. 2020 has truly been an adventure and we are so thankful to our Claymobile partners for venturing into the unknown of virtual clay programming for their students. Providing a creative outlet during this times is essential!
