11:00am: Coffee & Donuts
Start the day off with coffee and delicious gluten-free donuts from Okie Dokie Donuts and coffee from Cafe Olé.
11:00am – 12:45pm: Ornament Making
Get hands-on with our talented teaching artists for a fun clay ornament-making activity inspired by the Ornaments in the Studio on view in our galleries. After the event, your ornaments will be fired in our kilns and available to pick up in a week.
1:00 – 2:00pm: Gong Fu Tea Ceremony with The Random Tea Room
Becky from The Random Tea Room will demostrate this kind of Chinese Tea Ceremony that involves tiny clay teapots will little tasting cups.
2:15 – 3:15pm: Tasting with Hochstadter's Slow & Low Rock and Rye
Try Hochstadter's Slow & Low Rock and Rye and learn about their process and history.
3:30-5:30pm: Weaving Demo with Artists from Ready to Hand: Saori Philadelphia
Try your hand at weaving on a community warp with the kind assistance of clay and fiber artist Shannon Jones.
4:00 - 6pm: Holiday Cocktails
A specially designed cocktail from the festive season!
