Join us for an amazing adventure
We're planning to visit and dine at Michelin star rated chef Dan Barber's restaurant in the Hudson Valley, Blue Hill at Stone Barns. The reason for the trip is that we are mounting an exhibition of Gregg Moore's work at The Clay Studio in April and May. The work is all inspired by his collaboration with Dan Barber and inspired by Blue Hill at Stone Barns. The work on view will be versions of the tableware Gregg makes for Dan and the restaurant. We are going to have a fabulous dinner and hopefully meet Dan himself. "I hope that when people eat here, they’re experiencing a connection between the ingredients on their plates and the landscape that produced them," says Dan Barber, chef and co-owner of Blue Hill at Stone Barns. "That means creating a menu that reflects the diversity of a healthy farm—not just skimming the cream of the crop."
